Dan Walters has written more than 9,000 columns about California and its politics and his column has appeared in many California newspapers, including the Daily Republic, the Sacramento Bee, and CALMatters.

Walters has written books about California and its politics, has had his work published in a large number of national publications, including the Wall Street Journal, and has been a frequent guest on national television news shows.
