Rotary Success Scholars

The mission of the Rotary Success Scholar Program is to empower, train and develop high potential youth from disadvantaged circumstances to make positive life and career choices as they transition from youth to adulthood.

This program benefits selected Fairfield PAL students who want to go to college by providing full-ride scholarships to Solano Community College.

 

This project combines the resources and impetus of three area Rotary Clubs: Fairfield-Suisun, Cordelia and Fairfield Twilight. The three clubs raise the funds and operate this innovative program.

This scholarship is different from most because students not only get financial support for schooling and a new computer, but the local Rotary Clubs have come together to offer mentoring, support, training, skills development, and friendship to the students.

Rotary Success Scholarships include:

  • College Tuition and Fees

  • Textbooks and Learning Materials

  • Laptop Computers

  • Daily Meals at SCC Cafeteria

  • Bus Passes

  • Community Champions

  • Rotary Champions

  • Monthly Skill-Building Workshops

  • And much more!
